Hell no, one week it rains, and the next we're frying out here! Try to think that the seasons of summer, spring, autumn, and winter each their opposites here. So November would be April showers! It is usually good weather, a good tip to know here is if the sky is red at night, it will surely rain the next day.

I would love to help you, and the only thing I can advise you to do is go the BBC site and check the world weather.

That's because you checked the forecast on raining season.
Check again soon, it should be over, but I may be mistaken, I do not live in Panama, but it seems nice.

Is does not rain everyday. During their winters it rains alot, but starting soon it will be summer there and is is pretty dry, esppecially down around Panama City. There summers are usually from middle November till around May. This is a preety nice time of the year down there. I would move there in a heart beat.
