Does it make sense for a Real Estate from the US to move to Costa Rica for work?

Ive seen people here who didnt even finish high school in the states work in real estate and make allot of $$$$.
you can check out the Ad's on the english TICO news paper and you can email your resume to places before even going to CR.
Here there are a few jobs that do phone sales of land and pay good comissions. this link is the Tico Times.

But if you are doing good in CA then it might be better just to stay doing good and come here when you can build your own stuff and sell your own stuff.

You`ve got the think about that really well, and make sure that u will have good chances at Costa Rica ( I mean money, security, nice place to live in...) But If u are well ubicated, and u are gonna be a good, honest worker it makes lots of sense actually!
There`s lots of market for agents, and I almost sure that u can do that, here in Costa Rica is really easy for foreign people to success. Good Luck!!
