Colombia is passion. Many things I could tell you about Colombia. It has the most delicious and smooth coffee in the world. There are over 500,000 farmer families growing it. Actually, Juan Valdez is colombian. Colombia's world's number one producer of flowers. You can find people of all colours and races. Black, whites, blondes, indians, etc. They also have many many many parties all year around. Actually each town has its own festivals such as Barranquilla's Carnival which is the second in Latin America after Rio's Carnival. Colombia also has the one of the biggest and most important Theater festivals of the world which happens every two years in Bogota (the main city). Don't forget Shakira, Juanes, Gabriel Garcia Marquez, Fernando Botero among others are colombian too. Bogota, the main city is a beautiful city with more than 8 millions of citizens living in there. The facts of drugs, violence and bad things are true but everything's going on much better from year 2000. You can travel, you can feel safer than before. Colombia also has beautiful beaches, amazing rivers, great music (try to look for "vallenato" in google or Youtube, which is an authentical Colombian Rythm.
