I need at least five or six awesome places to visit in Venezuela. Yeah, it's for a project, It's kind of hard to use google because the sites don't really tell you what it's like from personal experience. |

i will give you six awesome places you should visit and others of real interest
- angel falls: the highest water fall in the world is a must.
- margarita island: that if you like going to night clubs and stuff, if you rather peace and quiet you should visit coche island that is just south of margarita.
- los roques archipielago: another beach paradise that you should visit, its peace and quiet to but i prefer it than margarita. if you go to los roques you have to be very careful with the sun because you get sunburn really easily.
- gran sabana: ive never been there, but people who has told me that is a really spiritual place, even magical. im not sure, but i think the angel falls are in this zone so it would be the same place.
- pico bolivar: the highest mountain in venezuela with snow and you will have to take the longest cable car in the world. is a nice trip and merida (the city from where the cable car start) is a beautiful place.
- barinas's rivers: you wont find this in many turist guides, but its one of my favourite places because of the kayaking and rafting. if you like adventure i recomend this.
- puerto ordaz: my favourite city in the country, really modern because itdss a new planified city, not like the other major cities in the country which are chaos. here you will see the orinoco river and the caroni river, and when they get together. ive only been there once but its really nice (not a major turist attraction though).
- if you are in caracas for some days, go to el avila (a beautiful mountain in the city) and if youre in the season you must go to a baseball match, theyre really exciting. |

Now is not a good time to visit Venezuela because of political reasons, the Dictator they have now is a complete idiot and has a lot of hatred against the USA and may be dangerous.
It is a nice country to visit otherwise, Margarita Island , the Angel falls which have the largest fall in the world, Simon Bolivars supposed burial place, the city of Valencia and Maracaibo, the snow slopes in Merida and the Andes region are very interesting to visit. |

You just have to visit Angel falls, the biggest/highest water falls in the world , I have pictures looking down from the top of the falls, all three thousand feet of them if you are interested I will email them to you. |
