Of water anywhere, the water at Guatemala is the safest in the world. This is a Military Base and besides we don't want the prisoners to die before we kill them.

In the highlands of Guatemala, the local water supplies are usually local mountain springs or Lake Atitlan (http://www.atitlan.net ). The water often contains agricultural pollutants and amoebas, leading to dysentery, a leading cause of infant mortality. In recent years, the wide spread distribution of bottled water has helped a lot.
