Very professional - excellent with the follow up. Very personal and one on one.
Don't use Rosenstock - they treat you like a piece on the assembly line and changed my price (by 1500) when I got there.
Stay at Las Cumbres Inn Surgery Retreat. Next year I'm getting dental work and I don't need to stay here, but I will because I love it. The staff are so kind and funny! And really on top of their game as far as the medical stuff goes. They stay in constant touch with your doctor and make sure your recovery goes smoothly. These people rock. I was kind of nervous about them because I read in the internet one persons bad experience, but I'd already prepaid for it. But I was very very happy with my experience here. I also heard from other people at this resort (patients not staff) about some of the other recovery resorts they had stayed at and they didn't like it as much as this one.
