Depends on what type of job you want. There is loads of bar work going in Antigua; just ask at places like Monoloco or Riki's Bar. I just got a job ad for Guatemala through this morning from the www.idealist.com The job was with MuJER, an organization to protect, educate, and gain recognition for the sex workers in Guatemala City. You can always teach English as a Second Language, even without a proper qualification such as the CELTA or TESOL. Like the person said in the first post, it isn't that difficult once you're in the country to find a job. |

HAHAHA. Sorry but its hard to find a job in Guate. Worse than finding a job in the US and on top of that minimun wage is like 4 dollars so dont expect much. I would recomend the call centers. All you have to do is pick up calls and talk to people (kinda like what some people do in India). Well, good luck! |
