Actually, at least in theory you can travel with Ormeño all the way through from La Paz to Colombia. They will certainly get you as far as Quito in Ecuador and I believe they have onwards connections to Medellin and Bogota.

I dont think there is a bus company that makes it all the way to where you going in Colombia. I believe you have to make transfers in Peru and Ecuador.....

It is definitely possible but the question is safety. You can make it to Pasto but after that I suggest flying to Bogota or medellin

I am afraid not. You would have to travel through Peru and then check transport combinations there. But there are some quite comfortable and quick bus connections from La Paz to Peru.
