Because of the "maras" or "gangs", but you just have to use your common sense and nothing happens, you know dont walk around with your Iphone, or travel by your self in the middle of the night and stuff like that, you know all those recommendations we always hear... nothing ever happened to me when I lived there!!
Just enjoy your stay and have fun, there's so many places you can go to and so many things to do, nice people to meet, believe me!!!! |

I actually hate that!!! We're in small country, yes... but c'mon we're not such an island or something. The other day I heard someone came to spend vacations and their family asked "do they have toilets over there?"
