How come in Panama the "lo que diran" mentality still exists ? |
For example,when I got to the airport,my suitcase was 55lbs. so I took 5 lbs. of stuff and gave it to my husband to give to his mother.He was embarrassed to be walking around with a bag full of girlie stuff.

Unfortunately, we are a very small country where everybody knows everybody. So, you don't want to run into your exboss or new neighboor while you don't look too fashion or you are carrying a girlie bag. Sorry, I hope we would not be such "vidajenas" and live our own lives. |
