How do i get people from ecuador to visit america?
i had a host family there. within the next year they'd like to come visit. however, they said it's very difficult because the embassy won't allow it. how do i go about helping them to come down to the US?
There is absolutely nothing you can do from your end. they will need to apply for a b-2 tourist visa. They must be able to convince the visa officer that they will return to Ecuador. They must own a home there, a business, have plenty of money in the bank...something that will convince the visa officer they will not stay in the U.S. It is extremely difficult to get a tourist vias to the U.S....most visa applications are denied.

One of the requirements to apply for a U.S. tourist visa is to have either hotel reservations or a letter or invitation from the people who will be hosting the applicant. So you can help by writing a very good letter explaining the situation. This should help them with their visa applications.
