From San José to Quepos it takes 3 hours, to Manuel Antonio 1 more hour...

It depends how you are traveling. You can expect to spend at least 3 hours if you are driving.

3 hours.. you want to take your time because there are major mountains to go through so its super curvy... it will take an additional 20-30 mins to get to Manuel Antonio.. Its best to drive during the day not only because of the curves, but the fog as well.. Enjoy, it is truly beautiful!

3 hours to Quepos, and 30 minutes to Manuel Antonio. Recommend driving during Day Time, since there are some "tricky" bridges as you get close to Quepos
