Brazil has quite a few (about half the population is black or part-black), and Caribbean countries like Puerto Rico, Haiti, and the Dominican republic have a lot. Some little countries like Belize and Guyana have a lot. There are also some in other countries, especially in the coastal areas, but usually not more than 5-10% of the population. Sometimes they may look part black but not consider themselves black- I remember some fishermen in Mexico like that, or the Miskito Indians in Nicaragua which have escaped-slave blood in them and kinda look like it.
