The answer is around 8 hours. There are only two non-stop flights that take you from LA to Lima, and the airline is Lan. Those two flights are about 30 minutes apart, and they tell you that the flight is about 9 hours long, but in reality the flight will last about 8 hours. The flights usually leave LA at noon time, and arrive in Lima almost at midnight. |

It's 8 hours from LA to Lima, Peru. I just did it a few weeks ago. Then it's a 1 hour flight from Lima to Cusco, which you have to check out. Machu Picchu is a 4 hour trainride from Cusco also. |

Usually the time are for 7 to 8 hrs. but depending of the airline company, hoe many stop are on the route,
normally this flight arrive at night in Lima at the international airport |
