Mrs. Obama rules!
Flying from Laredo to Caracas will take you 2400 miles or roughly 3800 kilometres. I assume you will go flying as by land I cannot imagine you can reach it safely.

Distance between Laredo, Texas, United States and Caracas, Venezuela, as the crow flies:
2417 miles (3889 km) (2100 nautical miles)

No clue!! Are you planning a road trip to Caracas?....cool

you can't ge ther, unless you go by boat.

there is no transit between central america and south america - the pan american highway is not completed in colombia, so there is no way to get through the jungle.

Plus, you'd never ever make it through the cono sur de mexico - more robbers and bandits on the highways theer than legal transport.

take a plane.
