How many times did President Alberto Fujimori order Death Squards in Peru?
"Peru has alleged Fujimori ordered death-squad killings and participated in various acts of government corruption. He has denied all the allegations, calling them politically motivated."
I totally agree with cynical. Fujimori was a great president. Peru would be having lots of problems with the guerrilla groups today hadn't he done such a great job getting rid of those people.
The difference was, he was NOT scared of them, as most governments are. He did what he needed to do for the sake of Peru and the Peruvians.
I am not from Peru, but I know the country and I wonder with what moral authority the current corrupt government is going to try Mr. Fujimori.

Fujimori was a great president. He saved Peru from the Sendero Luminosos who were killing people of all ages. He might've ordered the deaths of terrorists, should he go to jail for that? The charges of corruption can't be proven and current president Alan Garcia has been charged with corruption too in the past. This is all politically motivated, I hope he is found innocent.
