Just like the first person said: It depends on size, etc.
You can find houses as cheap as $3,000 in very bad areas, some decent houses at $10,000 (you will need to renovate) Or you can have it built.
Apartment rent varies depending on areas, You can find apartments as cheap as $75 a month up to $5,000 and then some.
I would recommend for you to check this website but nothing beats traveling to Panama for the better deal..... I promise that you'll be shocked.
Good Luck!

Why is it that whenever something about a foreign country is shown on TV... there are always a bunch of idiots who suddenly want to buy property there? or work there?...
If you REALLY want to buy property in Panama.. then you need to GO THERE PERSONALLY... and once you are there... find a REAL ESTATE AGENT... just like you would do ANYWHERE ELSE. |

it depends of the budget you have, there are several kind of houses from the poorest people to the richest people.
a house can be costing between 25,000 to 1,500,000 but if you are looking for a quiet place i advice you buy a house out of the city it can be between 120,000 and 1,000,000 but it also depends of your tastes.
if you want a specific house i advice you to try to find out in the google about houses for sale.
well about a rent it also depends of your tastes it can be between 250 to1500 dollars.

You need to be more specific about this.
You can find a house for sale from 40K USD to a couple of millions. For rent from 150.00 to couple of thousands. So you should specify size and location (I believe these 2 are the most important factors).
Anyways, try this website with pictures for both (sale and rent), there are real estates listings from companies and also from owners.

Also I have friends in this kind of business that I can contact with you if you want (no fee for that :))
Hope it helps!! |

To purchase a new "house", over in Panama, or an apartment it will definitely cost you $140,000 (as a low price and it can go upward depending on the actual loctaion of it).
The rent will vary depending on the following items:
1. size of apartment.
2. does it come with parking for one or two vehicles.
3. does it come with all forms of utilities.
4. does it come with the month cuota of maintaince.
For results, there are several real estate agencies that you can talk to. One of them is Century 21. |
