like what can you get in panama with one us dollar i heard in santo domingo 1 of our dollar is 16 dollars but a beer is 16 dollars so basically no difference at all. |

Panama uses the US dollar so it's the same. BUT -- a few things are a lot cheaper in Panama then in the US, like housing, phone, cable, food, public transportation; and a few things are more expensive, like cars, clothes, and gas. |

a US dollar in panama is worth the same as in the US. Panama prints no paper money, they only make coins which are also worth the same as US coins. you dont have to exchange currency in Panama. |
