nothing, the mentioned currency(soles de oro) is not the actual currency in Peru. However in terms of wondering the value, it would be .5 cents

1 nuevo sol = 1,000,000 intis = 1,000,000,000 soles de oro
0,0000005 nuevos soles = 0,5 intis = 500 soles de oro

1 US$ = 3.25 nuevos soles

It has no practical value, but you can sell it for 5 nuevos soles, if it's not overused.
