How much would it cost to live, for one month, in the following countries? El Salvador, Chile, Venezuela, Ecua

These countries are my top choices to relocate to and I'm just looking for basic living costs for one month so that I can spend some time in each of them.

yo
Actually, I am from el salvador, and even though the money is the same, but every thing is much cheaper.

Basically El Salvador and Ecuador (that use the US dollar as currency) have the same prices. Ecuador is a bit cheaper. I know Chile is the most expensive country in Latin America (it is also the most industrialized). Venezuela.... good oil prices and bad government.... You should consider other latin american countries as options for living. Argentina is still considerably cheap and Buenos Aires is perhaps the nicest city of South America. Guatemala is also a good option (Antigua Guatemala). Panama is a good option too.

Hi

To live in the main Ecuador cities Guayaquil Quito you need the following budget:

Apartment rental in a nice neighborhood in the northern Guayaqui or Quito starts in 180 and goes to 400 usd for an apartment with 80 square meters. read please http://www.getquitoecuador.com/quito-travel-guide/quito_real_estate.html

If you buy food at supermarkets or traditional markets you need almost 30 usd per week to buy products for 3 foods per day including soup, good dish of meal, fish or chicken, a lot of vegetables, potatoes, rice or other complimentary food.
read please read http://www.getquitoecuador.com/quito-travel-guide/quito_food_markets.html

Finally for bus transport in Quito and Guayaquil the bus fee is just 25 US cents, maybe the second or third week of December 2006 it will raise to 30 or 36 US cents. Please read http://www.getquitoecuador.com/quito-transport/quito-bus-landtransport.html

Finally a list of natural, cultural, archaeological, and adventure attractions near Quito Ecuador could be find here:
http://www.getquitoecuador.com/quito-natural-attractions/index.html
http://www.getquitoecuador.com/quito-adventure-attractions/index.html
http://www.getquitoecuador.com/quito-cultural-attractions/index.html

I guess it is all I could talk about Quito Ecuador, I guess the other countries has except El Salvador, has a currency exchange rate maybe 2 to 1 it means for every 2 pesos or other money you just need one US dollar making all the prices a half of the real, except in Ecuador and Salvador where the money is the US dollar.
