Venezuela has a President (he is crazy), Hugo Chavez Frias!
Venezuela is governed under the constitution of 1999. The president, who is both the head of state and the head of government, is popularly elected for a six-year term and may be elected to a second term. Members of the 167-seat unicameral National Assembly are elected for five-year terms.
I don't personally like Chavez so I would say no, he doesn't help the people. But that's a preception, I think he is another crappy politician who speaks too much but does nothing! And he is not well spoken! |
