I am an african american from the us and want to buy real estate in El Salvador is this safe and possible?

I have a child from El Salvador and would like to have dual citizen if this is possible so that we could spend several months in the country without the government hassle. If not, I would atleast like to stay there for 2-3 months annually. Any and all information will be helpful

it is very possible. living there for 2-3 months a year would be like a vacation. ive heard of many people that build beautiful houses and then just go there to vacation. im sure its very possible and encourage you to do it. If you build a house in a right place then you will love it.

happy face
Go to those websites. You can buy any house even if you still live outside the country.
Good luck!

Is not possible to have dual citizenship unless both parents are salvadorans. You can definetely buy there is not a problem, Im not sure if it would be safe, you will have to do research to find which would be the safest place there.
