That happened to me also a few times when I lived in the USA.
Not many Costarricans leave the country to live in other places permanently because they enjoy living here.

Dominicans are pretty commons.
so are Boricuas, mexicans, Hondurans.
yeah its kind of weird but i dont think there is a costa rican in my school.
i have a friend who is from ecuador and her country its pretty uncommon down here.
so is venezuela, costa rica,guatemala and some other countries from latin america.
but you can always make friends with people from different countries.its pretty cool you can learn alot of different things.

yea i'm from Germany, however I wasn't born there though my dad was...
My other Friend in also from Costa Rica...he was born there
and My other friend is from Ecuador except her dad was born there not her.
It's crazy how mixed our society can be..it is like one big melting pot except there is just variatins when it comes to ingredient size
