I am moving to Nicaragua with an infant. Does anyone know if there are baby cribs there? Where?

What kind of question is that? Of course there are cribs there. It's Nicaragua you are going to, not the moon. Once you are there, just ask the locals where you can find a nice mall or deparment store (high class onces) or ask them where the shoppes' area is (or just grab the yellow pages, yes, they do have yellow pages over there as well). The problem in these countries is that most people (not everyone of course) don't have enough money to buy stuff, not the stuff not being available for them to get.

Well, I live in Honduras and there are baby cribs there, so I would assume that there are in Nicaragua as well. You can probably check in stores that sell furniture and appliances and if you will live in a bigger city, there may even be stores that are especially for baby supplies and needs (like Babies R Us in the US). Don't worry, there are cribs.

You won't have any problems finding Baby Cribs there, just keep in mind that what you might purchase may not meet/have all the Safety Standards that are required here [US] i.e., Flammable Material, Choke Safety Designs, Lead Free Paint or small items, caps, play items, ect., but overall you will find most of what we have here. Read the small print and only if you purchase a Hand Crafted Crib you should see how sturdy it was built to the dimensions between the bars, paint used or anything a little one can roll into, chew or get their legs caught in. Once the crib is set - Just one more *MUST HAVE* is Mosquito Netting, I cannot overemphasize this, some for you too. Good Luck. Nica, con cuidado siempre'.
