At this point that currency is worthless. Those are probably 1000 intis, which was used from 1985 til 1991. Using the exchange rate of that year 1000 intis would have been worth aprox. 1/2 of a penny (you needed around 2.5 million intis to get one dollar).
I would just keep the money as a souvenir if I were you. |

You have intis, a currency which was "dissolved: in late 1990. I also have some inti bills, some are 10 000 intis and guess what? I even have a 1 million intis, you know how much that worth back in late 1990? less than 30 cents of a dollar, so right now it would be like a penny I guess?
You could keep that currency, or trade it , people who collect those items really pay you good money for them
PS BTW the actual currency is NUEVO SOL, also known as Sol, which right is is equal to 0.33 dollars |
