When I was in Santiago, Chile I noticed there was a sizeable Indian population there. Many have opened restaurants and hotels in the area. I think either Argentina, Chile or Uruguay would be ideal. They all are advanced and have a cosmpolitan appeal.

Guatemala, Puerto Rico, Dominican Republic, Argentina, Colombia ! Try those.. i miqht qo travel around the world in the future ! : ]

All Latin american countries are notoriously open to inmigrants. Try Brazil, the most advanced and cosmopolitan country there, way more than Argentina or Chile.

Ariel
Argentina or Chile, because they are abit more cosmopolitan than the rest of Latin America. Which may make it easier for you to fit in and settle down.

But really, just pick the country you like.

I wanna do the same thing :]. (I'm thinking Chile or Peru or Colombia...OMG I don't know....)

As for Brazil. I have been there. Its great, I loved it. Brazil is very multicultural but I have also experienced some racism there as they have issues with spanish speakers...if you know portuguese go for it, its just that some of them get pissed of and discriminate if you speak spanish.
