no problema. arros con pollo. rice and chicken. might throw in some fried plantains as a garnish. Cut up the chicken into small pieces. Boil the rice then stir fry them together.
and if you add a few other things - whatever leftover meat is in the fridge: fried chicken, steak, sausage etc., fry a few slices of plantain and serve some salad on the side, plus a tortilla, you have "casado".
