I need ideas about this case................?

I went to Guatemala, CA. and purchased a small property around a natural lake, and i fouded a cave with some kind of old scriptures.

you should probably report it to either the tourism association called INGUAT, to one of the museums, or to one of the Universities. Your best bet would be the Universidad San Carlos or the Archaeology department in the Universidad del Valle.

The best thing to do ..first find out the laws about what they require in Guatemala so you dont get in trouble and then you could go from there ...

Is this around Lake Atitlan? Have you taken photos? If the government finds out you have antiquities on your property, they will take your land, without compensation. There are "undiscovered" ruins all over Guatemala because of this policy.

You take them to some expert in this things to find out what you got. I wonder but they are not Mayan. They used stones to grab gerogliphs. Cuold be documents from last century I mean (1800´s)
