I need to sell my Costa Rican Propereties but I find no one interested so what to do?
Most properties which are for sale and end up being sold are on the Pacific side unfortunetly Iam on the Caribbean side high up in the Telemanca Mtns with a great vista with a gentile breeze.
My house consists of 2 story concrete and wood frame structure with deeded water supply and 14 solar panels/batteries/power inverter for all my electrical needs. The house sits on 12.5 acre parcel all cleared/fenced/with title regestered in Zapote,a suburb of San Jose,Costa Rica.House was built in 1983.
With all that riffraff on the Caribbean side you can not give it to me for free. Thanks

Maybe you are not trying hard enough.... post the property online, there is a lot of people that is looking for houses and land in Costa Rica, since they can move there and live really well with less than half of the money they will need here in the US.
Have you try a realtor?... Make sure you get lots of pictures of the property which I bet has lots of green areas around, make a really well detailed list of everything...... details count a lot when you are buying something you are not going to see untill you get there......
Wish you the best!!!!!

I am a US retired citizen living in Costa Rica. Have lots of friends that visit looking for BARGAIN properties. If you send me information I will gladly pass it on. Remember that Real Estate agents are NOT LICENSED here and are generally either developers or inexperienced. I di know several pretty reputable ones if you would like referrals.

This area is not very popular, but will be soon. You will not get too much money know, but wait, until this area is explored. The mountains are not the favorite in Costa Rica, beach properties are better sellers.
