Nicaragua indeed is a beautiful country. The malls are nice and look pretty much like ours. Their malls are not expensive at all. There's stores like Lacoste and TricoTextil (clothes company). A dollar is like 18 cordobas (currency) which means that you get a lot for your dollars. Try to fit in and don't talk about the US or you might get charged more (especially taxis). In general, Nicaragua is a very good vacation destination since it's cheap and nice. Some good malls that I like are Galeria Santo Domingo (good movie theater) and Metro Centro (good stores).

Yes, the malls are nice. Yes, there are good prices. Two of the best malls that I personally know are Metro Centro and Galeria Santo Domingo.
