You should get a fiance visa because it is the quickest way to bring your fiance to the USA. Actually, if you get married in her country, it may take quite a bit longer to get her into the United States.

There is no such thing as a Fiance visa, you have to get married and then ask for a visa.

There IS such a thing as a Fiance Visa. See www.uscis.gov for more info. And if your fiance hasn't gotten it yet, have him/her start the process of getting his/her passport from their own country, they'll need that, too.
