Brazil have the best universities in general especially when it comes to Medicine. They only drawback is the language - which is useless else where (except Portugal) so language wise Ecuador might be better if you REALLY WANTED TO LEARN A NEW LANGUAGE
Business wise, Chinese is OK but it will take time for it to become a lingua franca as is English. Spanish would diffinately be a plus. |

Better to stick with Portuguese as that's they're official language. University there may be less expensive, but if at sometime you changed your mind, would it be good here? Anything is doable if you have the will to follow through. |

Definitely Brazil, it's way better than Ecuador.
Not at all, no one cares about speaking chinese unless the company is going to make business with then, but usually there's some one who speaks it already.
Learn Portuguese !!! Very important in Brazil, and also Spanish.
Make an interchange, the best way to study in Brazil, before living for longer time. |
