Peru is on the same time at Eastern Standard Time. Because we are on Daylight Saving Time now, Peru is on Central Daylight Saving Time. This time is two hours earlier than San Francisco now.

this time of year Peru has a 2 hour time difference from Cali. because they are on the same time as the east coast but they do not observe day light savings time. so to answer your question if it is 8 am in Peru it is 6am in San Fransisco

Peru is in Central Time. (in the US that would include Illinois, Wisconsin, etc.) So, two hours back = 6 a.m.
