No, navigation systems are sold by specific companies in Peru. You can buy the aparatus per se but you need to take it to one of the few companies here in order to install the chip (or electronic device) that reads peruvian roads. It's like a cellphone, you can buy one in the USA (cheaper) but you actually need the chip in order to make it work. However, I would recommend you buy everything in Peru, the aparatus per se doesn't cost much (the chip or electronic device is the expensive one), this one I am sending comes with maps of Peru and the US.

In theory, your navigation system would work in Peru. The problem is the software. You have to purchase the maps for the regions you want to use your system in. And as far as I know, there are no maps on sale for Peru at this moment.
