Personally I loved the view from the Brazilian side and I loved the devils' throat. The argentinian side was nice but I prefered the brazilian side. |

both sides are spectacular, but in the Argentine side you have it like really near, its beautiful, you should try the Argentine side before and then see the view as a whole in Brazil. |

The Brazilian side has a better view, but the Argentine side has walkways that actually go *inside* the falls and you can see the streams of water flowing right next to you... both sides are very beautiful.
Since you are going there, you could try visiting both sites and judging by yourself.
There are tours from Argentina that cross into Brazil to see the other side, and vice-versa. |

Well...you just have to see both sides. I kind of crossed over illegally to the Brazilian side but it was well worth it ha ha. The Brazil side does have the best view of the water yes but the Argentina side has the best view of the landscape. I loved both sides. I don't think I would've done it without seeing both. They fit together and make the puzzle of Igauzu what it is.

Hello,
I visit Iguazu falls in 2005. The best is sleep in Hotel Tropical Das Cataratas (Brazil side) and visit also the Argentina side. You can see on my website photos from both sides:
Iguazu Falls (AR+BR):

While two-thirds of the Iguazu Falls are in Argentina, the best view is from Brazil (especially of the "Devil's Throat" where 14 waterfalls drop more than 100 meters). It is gives the most panoramic view; you can also get there by helicopter.
And don´t forget your raincoat!!!! |
