I'm pretty sure there are no international flights that go to cochabamba. If you want to fly there you will have to go first to La Paz and then catch another flight to cochabamba. For a flight from La Paz to Cochabamba, expect to pay around $60 one way, there are not really any cheap fares or anything for these domestic routes. Look up AeroSur and LAB for flights. Or you could just get to bus which will only cost like $5 and take around 7 hours. Your chances of getting a cheap flight to La Paz are slim, the altitude makes flying there difficult and there are not many flights, is usually cheaper to fly to peru/chile and bus it to bolivia. There are direct flights to most South American capitals, try American Airlines as they probably serve the most destinations.
