According to the United Nations Development Program , Argentina, Chile, Uruguay, and Costa Rica are the 4 best places to live. (Mexico would rank 6th).

Mexico, can you believe it? They have the best economy, the best weather, modern cities, lower crime rates, low unemployment rates, etc. It's actually a nice country

Actually recently Nicaragua is climbing in the charts. Recent tax changes have made it very lucrative for those wishing to reside in Nicaragua. Nicaragua is one of the most beautiful countries in Central America.

I think they've cleared away most of the landmines too.

Panama. Low crime, extremely low cost of living, all the comforts of America, NO taxes on foreign income (retirement, SS, disability), NO inheritance tax, and giant discounts on everything for Americans including air fares to Florida, California and other destinations on major American airlines. They want Americans to move there and are doing all they can to make that happen.
