i hate to say this but yes
i live in barranquilla, which is in the coast of colombia and some--not all, and definitely not me or my friends--of the people of european or middle eastern descent (basically the rich kids) are pretty racist towards the others. not to their faces or anything like that, though. |

Absolutely. Check out the history of nations with high native populations and you'll see lots of examples. See Peru, Ecuador, Bolivia, Guatemala and Mexico. Even Brazil. Good things to focus on current events are Bolivia and Guatemala. |
