I usually send packages (big manila enveloped with magazines, etc) from Miami to Lima and it takes 6 days exactly. I guess it takes more or less 4 or 5 to Honduras as Lima is much much further down than Honduras. It also depends on the Honduran mail service, once in the country it may take more days to deliver it to its destination.

I send letters to and from Colombia all the time. 20 days min. for first class postage from the US. It always take LONGER for stuff to come out of Colombia to the US. You can use FedX (3 days, usually TO or FROM Colombia) but its spendy. Think in the 70 USD range.
