Panama is absolutely gorgeous!!!! There is no place in the world like it! It's the ONLY country that has coasts in both the Pacific and the Atlantic ocean, the food is amazing, the people are extremely friendly and the shopping is out of this world!!!!! I recommend you take an empty suitcase for the stuff you will buy...plus if show the store manager your passport they will give you a discount!!!
Once you go to Panama once, you will want to go back every year! Many americans have chosen there as their place of retirement. |

Panama is a beautiful country, it has it all, rainforest, mountains and of course beautiful beaches both on the Pacific Ocean and the Caribbean. Panama City is a great place for nightlife and shopping, there are loads of restaurants and bars and many huge malls, where you can find designer clothes and all. Panama uses the US dollar and tax is very low so it's great for shopping! |

I've never been to ensenada mexicali, but Panama is GORGEOUS...you can literally have breakfast in front of the Pacific Ocean, have lunch in a rain forest and have dinner in front of the Atlantic Ocean and going by car, not by plane...
It's got a great night life, booming real estate, amazing shopping (from cheap things to luxury things)...the beaches are incredible (specially in Bocas del Toro and San Blas) and the people are warm and nice...it's a great country, you should totally visit |
