Umm.. don't quite understand your question, but Peru does have it's Independence Day, July 28, 1821. In Spanish it's known as Fiestas Patrias. Everyone hangs the Peruvian flag from their home or office on the days leading to the 28th and children, as well as many adults, wear white and red ribbons to school.

Las fiestas patrias peruanas (independence day from Spain) is celebrated every 28th of July. I think thats what you are asking.

July 28th, 1821 they got their independence from SPAIN?
That became their National Day

gigi
our national day is July 28th. Is a very important day, there are celebrations everywhere you go and a big parade in Lima where the president and other authorities are present to celebrate independence from Spain since 1821
