Is it possible to travel Argentina/Uruguay in one week? |
I'm planning to fly down to Montevideo on Dec 25, and fly home on Jan 3rd. My question: is it possible to hit Montevideo, Buenos Aires, Iguaza Falls, and the Glacier National Park in just 8 days? |

Would you be better to reduce your itinerary, 8 days to know 4 places that depend on airplane? you will pass more time in airports than in the cities that it intends to visit. To visit the Iguaçu Waterfall you will have to go to Brazil. And you will need visa to enter in Brazil. |

It's probably possible, but you won't likely have time to enjoy much.
You probably have got family in Montevideo as your are going on Christmas. There are excursions to Iguazu Falls where you spend about 5 days there. I would relax and choose 1 or 2 destinations, or you will end up spending a lot of money at least on transportation and enjoying not that much. |

The Buenos Aires Pub Crawl

I dont think that you would be able to see all of those places in 8 days honestly. It may be physically possible to do it if you plan on hopping on planes the whole time, as opposed to car/train/ferry. The only thing is you really need more time to really take these places in. The Falls and the Park you may be able to get through in a day, but you will definitely need more time in Montevideo and Buenos Aires. I would suggest cutting something from your trip to allow you to not have to rush through your stay. Good luck with your planning!
