is sur america wich means south america
also sudamerica and america del sur all are fine and mean the same thing.

Melkiha
Both are right.
Sud or Sur America.
As both sud- and sur- are prefixes that mean South.

AlwaysCurious
It really depend on what language you want to say it.... If you go to Brazil is " Sulamerica" or "America do Sul"

angel_13
Here in Central America (right above South America), we say Sur AmĂ©rica or AmĂ©rica del Sur. But I have a cousin and a couple of friends in PerĂș & Chile and they say SudamĂ©rica (not Sud America, not SuramĂ©rica). So both ways are ok.
