Yes it's true a gallon of gas costs just 12 cents in Venezuela, I think that is crazy, especially since it's $4.17 where I live. |

Yes, and even back in the 70's was cheaper than that. Venezuela is a main oil producer, also the government spends US$ 11 billon a year to subsidize it because it really cost more than that to produce a gallon of petrol. |
