Who can say which anthem is the best. I'll say this, however, Peruvians really get worked up when they hear their anthem. They'll sing along and get emotional, much more than us Americans who are so used to hearing it before hundreds of sporting events and during countless Olympic medal ceremonies.

It is really no different than the anthem of any former colony who gained their independence.
I'm particularly fond of Britain's Anthem due to the score but I will have to say that the written word of the Star-Spangled Banner is by far more touching than all of the other anthems I have heard.
I was born in Peru, but I have lived in the US for over 20 years and I am more patriotic to my adopted land than I am towards my old birth nation.
La Binki, the French anthem is actually speleld "La Marseillaise" but I'm asumming that you purposely wrote it in spanish. Also, don't forget that the foundation of freedom for the French Republic was influenced by the American Revolution, but if you were an Naturalized American you would probably know that.

Peruvians never think about which anthem is the best world, least of all pretend to be one of the contenders in that category.
That sort of competition I've seen it in the US, England, France and Chile
