Is there a cheap way to get from Sao Paulo, Brazil to Lima or Cuzco, Peru?

Going to be in Sao Paulo, Brazil in June and need a cheap (under 450$) way to get to Lima or Cuzco Peru and back. So far all the flights are really expensive. Any advice would be welcome.

have you checked online travel sites like: http://www.ytbtravel.com/travelperfect, travelocity.com, or expedia.com. if those aren't good why dont you ask a travel agent maybe they might have better suggestions.

The cheapest way by airplane is with GOAL. Other way would be by train connecting Bolivia and then from Bolivia to Peru by bus.

Good luck getting there and back at that price. And it probably won't get any cheaper the longer you wait.

try calling LAN airlines directly. We did and the fare was less than half of anything we found on line, for a flight we wanted to take the next day. Good luck!! It might be tough because I think it's high season.

With LAN (Peru/Chile or whatever), you can fly for $399, but you have to fly like NOW... its a ¨promocion¨ (a discount)... i saw it in an ad... but if you go to a really cheap airline agency, its about $199... GOOD LUCK!!!
