I feel sure you would enjoy Costa Rica more than Jamaica. Costa Rica is more tranquil, laid back, and certainly less expensive. Plus, Jamaica is steadily earning a bad reputation because of all the petty and increasingly serious crime. |

Jamaica is a dirty sandbar compared to Costa Rica ... I say this as an 8 year annual visitor to Negril, Jamaica before experiencing and relocating permanently to Costa Rica.
