You know ? this girl that said that peruvians are ugly is simply idiot. I am peruvian and I am not ugly and I donÂ´t look like this stupid girl said. I have pretty pretty pretty friends, maybe this girl use to watch bad programs on tv, well is her little world, poor her.
But let me tell you, Lima is not expensive, food is simply delicious !!! and some places are soooo beautiful !!!!
You just come, you will not regret.

wich is safer? go to go to lima -peru i dont have to convince you on that one wich one is funner ? i have been in bogota for two months and also in cali and medellin to tell you the truth cali has better women than bogota, in lima you will find women from many backgrounds like japanese,italians,chinese,new zeland etc
lima is world patrimony declared by the unesco because of the beauty of the city and because is the only capital city in latin america to be establish by the pacific ocean, for some reason the spanish rulers called it the city of kings therefor you will see tons of castles and museums. i can tell you all this because i lived there for 5 years and i mixed with them, blonde persons are common, and tourist are for sure safer in lima, and of course your dollars will go far because in peru the currency is called "SOL" and the conversion to the dollar is about 3 soles for an american dollar, and is one of the most stable currency in latin america. dollars are available widely and all amenities are everywhere, shopping malls,atms,internet,taxis,the bus fares are like less than a dollar, and no one can denied that the best food in south america got to be in peru specially in lima you just cant compare,the two answer abobe probably never been to lima ,because they have no clue,and in contrast you will see that peruvians dont feel ashame of their roots as inka decendants, they feel proud and is a signature of the peruvians.
women are beautiful and friendly and from many backgrounds and colors but you must know some spanish so they can take you serious now you can go to india and find beautiful women is not the place is who you shot for, remember that.
but overall i would head to lima, safer city, more women variety, most stable currency, more tourist because is right on the pacific ocean and the girls are as friendly as you can get.
and last but not least the food is by far the best not only between the two cities but in all of south america

Bogota is safe! some ppl might think otherwise but I've been there and it has amazing places.

you can have lots of fun in Bogota, specially because it is a cosmopolitan city, you find everything here for every taste.

Colombia is really cheap because of the Colombian peso. Peru in the other hand has american dollar and that makes it more expensive.

Lima is not too bad, but the places surround it are gorgeous.
Bogota has really nice places to visit, like the monserrate hill, lots of museums, lots of history

both have a large amount of turist people are getting more interested about southamerican countries and of course you find lots of bilingual people in both places.

with the girls you have to go with Colombia, peruvians are ugly (lol) they look like indigenous people, colombians are really pretty.

Go to Colombia, man I am telling you, you won't regret it

well, first i've been in both places and is not cuz im peruvian what im about to say...but if u r talking about the GIRLS... go to LIMA...they are beautiful and they will like for who u r and not cuz u r a gringo.

Bogota.
It's a very big city with all the comfort and good things big cities have: great restaurants, theaters, bars, everything you can think of.
It has a delightful weather, it never gets too hot. It's located on a very beautiful plateau in the Andes.
There are lots of things to do there and dozens of places to visit.
Girls are nice. Americans are very welcome and if you like Spanish, they're supposed to speak the best Spanish in Latin America.
I've been there. Colombia is not an expensive country.
Lima is also nice, people in Peru are also very friendly, but I like Bogota much better.
Just my opinion.

EDIT: And here I was thinking you were being serious.. Phew!..

If all you want is girls and you don't care whether they are nice or nasty, pretty and ugly, why are you going to bother traveling and spending money? There are LOTS of ugly girls in the US that, I'm sure, will be more than willing to have sex with you. And you will deserve each other too.. !!!

If that's all you want, Latin America is not the best choice, honey.

If you think that because you're a 'gringo' they are going to adore you and do whatever you want, you are very mistaken my friend.

Stay home, that's the best you can do. Maybe a little psychological help will help too.
