Looking for B&B in San Jose, Costa Rica?

I'm looking for recommendations for a bed & breakfast in San Jose, Costa Rica that can also provide pickup and driver service to the airport there. Also, let me know about your experience - was it in an interesting part of town? how expensive/inexpensive? quiet or noisy? what did they serve for breakfast?
Additional Details
I'm not looking to stay in San Jose, CR long, but I have to so that I can join up with the others for the gathering I'm attending.

And I'm really looking for recommendations about actual B&Bs people have genuinely stayed at, not just web sites to find them.

There is one called Hotel Pitahaya which is nice, clean, inexpensive and includes breakfast, it also is close to the city.
Another one whichis close to the airport is the Hampton inn which is a bit more expensive.
You can tell them I sent you and might get a smal discount or if you prefer I can help you makig the reservations.

San Jose is not a very safe or good area to visit, look in Heredia or Alajuela.

Good Luck!
