your bill is probably made in the early 80's, so, it is worth about 0.000015 US$, which is equivalent to..... NOTHING !!!
remember, back in the 80's, we had an inflationary process with inflation rates of about 7000 (yes, seven THOUSAND per cent) each year, we went from the Sol to the Inti with a 1.000.000 devaluation, and after Garcia, we went to the Nuevo Sol again with a 1000 devaluation.
Keep it as a good memory of the "good old times"

Yes, the currency of Peru is the NUEVO SOL. SOLES DE ORO however is an older currency not in used any more. CINCO MIL SOLES DE ORO are now worthless.

The currency of Peru is the Nuevo Sol. Cinco Mil Soles de oro means 5,000 soles (plural of sol) of gold.
